Our first view of the new pool in situ! What a lovely spot to contemplate the view of the Colli Martani in the distance...
As you can see, the grass has been churned up a bit, and that will take a while to grow back, as the ground is very solid. When we are out in early July, we will look to get some kind of deck-boarding around one side to give a bit of hard standing before getting in. Oh, and of course the hosepipe won't be there! Since this shot was taken, the electrics are plumbed in and it is being readied for use.
The canopy is now also fully in place rather than half-way there - and you can just see the pool in the distance..
and finally, one more photo of the incredible growing grass and fruit trees. Can't wait to see what they will produce this year! Or will our guests have it all?! And is anyone actually using the BBQ spot...?
