La Torretta from the air

I have enjoyed seeing how the various aerial mapping from Google and Yahoo is capturing our house Here's Google - I reckon this is an Autumn morning... And a bit further out: And here's Yahoo - clearly before we built the pool, so this has to be 2012 - you can tell by the shadow that this is an evening shot! And you can see that we need to be careful about placing the pool when we build it..

A beautiful view from the hills surrounding Papiano. La Torretta is just off the picture to the right hand side Piazza Vittoria Emmanuale - with the bar, supermarket, post office, butcher, tobacconist, hairdresser (oh, and a dentist of course...) Sunday bells in Papiano - March 2013

Who could tire of sitting here and hearing the bells, which play every Sunday at 9.30am to call the faithful to church. The sound is just glorious!
