Monday night in Romsey was always gym then pizza night. We have therefore decided to maintain this tradition (not a bad one..!) and thus it was that I headed up to La Locanda del Tramonto Infinito (the poetically-named 'restaurant of the infinite sunset', and indeed it does have a great view of the red sky and the setting sun... ) to order a couple of takeaway pizzas. There was a great 'Ciao' of welcome - which was very nice - and then whilst I waited, an offer of a 'proseccino', a tiny prosecco - just a few mouthfuls but nevertheless very charming. Well, it was still the Christmas season, so how could I refuse?
