I had become very used to mowing the lawn in Romsey with a tiny electric mower, in about 10 mins flat! Things here were on a different scale, and I really wanted to be able to manage the garden myself. Fabio agreed to leave the ride-on mower with me, and to let me do the mowing myself..and after a short lesson, I was in command of the lawn (perhaps..)
